Where does one complain about transcription errors?
"England Marriages, 1538–1973", database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:N66B-ZY8 : 12 March 2020), Hannah Bucknell in entry for Henry Pooley, 1821.
This marriage manuscript record (1821, no. 526) clearly shows the bride's name as Naamah. Family Search has misread it as Hannah. She was named after her mother.

Firstly, your query is about a published Legacy Collection - and is supposed to be asked in Search category (even though though you are asking about the index).
I believe you are correct - 1. Bride's name does appear as Naamah 2. This is a Legacy Collection that was indexed for publication by FamilySearch April 2010 (the wiki article link is fairly detailed about the collection and does refer to you to research the original records).
As a Legacy collection - the article states [no corrections to the index will be made] (see the note in the link) - so complaint for this collection is not productive. The image is available which is a huge benefit in comparison to a collection with only index access. In the record index view the right-hand column refers to Similar Records which have the correct name.
You do bring a good follow-up question to mind - will the Record Hints from Legacy collections continue to suggest/create incorrect profiles? How will FamilySearch correct that without correcting the index? Do Legacy Collections even generate Record Hint? (probably) ...
Anyway, you can console yourself that "the index is not the record" and if attaching the record in Family Tree you can Note the index error.

That is a good question @genthusiast. I will see who I can ask about that.

@genthusiast Since record hints are based on indexed information, if the index is inaccurate, record hints will also be inaccurate. Users should always look carefully at the indexed information as well as images of the original documents where those are available before attaching as sources.

@Maile L thanks for following up. This implies there will be no correction to Legacy collection indexes - which means one might as well just connect the image with Source Box and create a transcript in notes (if available). I guess maybe in the future incorrect indexes could be merged to records - so that incorrect hinting does not continue.
