Need advice on a problem printing

Having difficulty reporting or getting advice on a problem printing; it is giving me a message at top of screen "An error occurred. Please try again later." I have been printing many things in the past. I don't know whether this is a system problem or procedure, but highly doubt it.
So this comment is about two things:
- The lack of an easy way to find out if a system glitch is occurring - and to report mine to get help on it - which seemed to be what the original commenter is frustrated with, and
- To find out what specifically I can do, if anything, to make my printing process work out..

@MarlenaBaker If you have questions about a different topic, it is easier to address it in a separate discussion. We would not want one question to be overlooked because another is dominating the thread. If you cannot find a recent conversation about your issue, ask a new question.
What are you trying to print?
Regarding the Feedback link, where is there no Feedback link? It is found on the bottom of FamilySearch pages. This image was taken from the Details of a person's page. The link will send you here, to Community.
