Please change the message which appears on photos which Fam. Srch has temporarily "Lost."
Today I went to the site / page of Geneva Cherry, ID KWZM-K4Y
I discovered that under "Memories," and then under "photos," 3 photos regarding her are BLANK.
I clicked on each one.
I read "Image not available. (Not found.)“
I did the same thing 3 days ago – and saw the same message!
Wow! That’s scary!
It would be so much more friendly and helpful if the message read
“Image temporarily not available. Engineers are working to resolve the problem.”
Some people are basically ***just blunt!*** They think and speak and write as if their interlocutors have no feelings. But if they could place themselves in the other person’s shoes, maybe they could invent a more helpful, comforting, friendlier response when a problem arises.
I just called 1-866-406-1830. The missionary said the engineers are aware of and working on the problem. How much nicer it would be if the message said something to ***that*** effect – it might save a lot of missionaries’ time, to say nothing of the time (and emotions) of patrons – who might be panicked when first reading the original message!
