Slovak church record translation
I'm trying to read the last column of this record for an infant named Anna Szeredics, mother Borbala Szeredics. It is listed above the 1895 section as if it were added at a later date. I believe the child died not long after birth as the mother had a second child, also named Anna about a year later. Any help would be appreciated.

Link, please? Or at very minimum an image with double this resolution? I can tell that it's in Hungarian, but nothing much else.

I'm so sorry, I've been away from family search this week, here is the link for the source, please let me know if this does not work:

From what I gather, Anna Szeredics died as an infant in 1895. Her mother, Borbola Szeredics had a second daughter a year later and also named her Anna Szeredics. This is the link for that source dated 1896:

Thank you for any help you can give in translation, it is very difficult to read or I would use google translate. I truly appreciate your time and willingness to help.

I'm pretty sure the entries in the Observations column apply to the child on the line above Anna, with the date of November crossed out and replaced with September.
Number 71(?). 1895 January 4, 5.
Officiant: Sztankaninecz
Child: Anna, female, illegitimate.
Parents: Szeredics Borbála, GC farmer
Residence: Korumlya
Godparents: ???, ???tko Anna
The first godparent's name (if that is a person's name and not something else) starts with I or J. The godmother's surname starts with either T or F, and I think it's the same as for the other Anna, but I can't quite read it there, either.
For completeness, I'll do the observations, too, but some of it is interpolated, because the edge of the page is covered in tape.
Reported in February of 1897, entered after the fact.
Corrections effected per the baptismal letter issued by the parish office of Felsődomonya.

1896 January 5, 7.
Officiant: Gyula Sztankaninecz, foundation/association inspector/supervisor
Child: Anna, female, illegitimate
Parents: Borbála Szeredics, GC farmer
Residence: Korumlya
Godparents: János Zsenyuch, Anna T?tkó, GC farmers

Thank you so much! Your help is very appreciated! I'm in the family history center today, I believe I've found my grandfather's brother in law which I hope leads to my grandfather's sister! Thank you again.
