@JBPurdie In the help center article you cited (https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/why-do-some-collections-have-records-without-images). the words "How to use this collection" are not a link. The help center articles bold things that you should find and click on a page of the website. Links show in articles in blue letters like the related articles links you see at the end of the article.

How to use this collection appears on the main page of a record collection, such as this one: https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/2000219

When you click How to Use this collection on a collection home page, you are sent to a FamilySearch Wiki article about the collection.
