Beginner Indexing Batches
Make a way that beginner batches are open exclusively for beginners. It is very difficult to find a batch for beginners these days. And beginner batches do not last long in the system.

When we get Indexing Projects identified as a Beginning level, they are generally completed in less than a week -- sometimes just three or four days. Most of the time, it is experienced indexers who are racing through these batches because they are easier and their indexing numbers grow more quickly. My suggestion would be that the Beginning Projects be limited to those who have indexed fewer than 1000 records and do not have Review rights. This would leave these beginning projects for those who are truly beginners. Experienced indexers could then also participate in the project by reviewing the work of the beginning indexers. Perhaps we could then have more individuals start indexing!
