Planner email requesting permission needs a wording change
When a person receives the email requesting permission for a Consultant to access their FS Acccount via the Planner, the wording in the first paragraph does not make it clear that they are supposed to click on the link imbedded in that paragraph. It is in blue, but it still is not obvious. Instead of saying "Sign in, or create an account to grant permission", it would be much clearer if it read, "CLICK HERE to grant permission".
Existing email wording below:
Dear John Doe,
John Jones is asking permission to access your FamilySearch Account as a helper. Sign in, or create an account to grant permission. A helper can navigate Family Tree on your behalf, view Memories, and assist you with many of the activities the website offers for up to one year*.

Yeah, relying purely on color for an interface element is Bad Design.

@OLoughlinMichael Linking html to text is a fairly old and easy standard <----I just did it there/>. The blue text does indicate availability of a clickable hyperlink. Once someone is familiar with this convention - it should become fairly obvious.
Here is a short html tutorial which shows the difference between creating a clickable button with text (note how much more html/css is required). FamilySearch could use a button - in fact some of their messages do. I just suspect for the Planner email they have used the easier '<a>' tag.
Who knows maybe from your suggestion the email will contain a button in the future...

The old and easy standard for links is actually blue and underlined. No fancy html/css required.
