If you follow faulty PIs to the letter it would be christian name <blank>, surname <blank> plus the date. This will create a record of next to no relevance to a researcher. I would at least add the parents surname to make it relevant and findable, despite poor FH instruction on not assuming a surname...

It does have the parent name so do I still leave the B/T so they don't mark the parent as the deceased person?
