Not Working on New Home Page

I cannot open Recommended Tasks in a New Tab from the new Home Page but I can open Recent People in a New Tab from the new Home Page. The Feedback link on the bottom of the new Home Page does not work either. Everything just grays out. Please fix.

open for you?
I duplicated the FEEDBACK link at bottom grey out the page - but pressing ESC or Refresh (F5) gets the page active again. Perhaps this is occurring because the Feedback tab is now active for a dedicated feedback period? I would just direct users to that if it is active.
