US, New York, New York County—Indexes to Mortgagors, 1754–1890 [Part A] I'm a bit confused

I am a bit confused by the way they divided this batch.

All of the similar batches that I received before came with both the left and right page as one image. If I follow the General Guideline that states:

  • If the first record on an image begins on a previous image, don't index it. The record will be indexed as part of the previous batch. Start indexing at the first complete record.

Then I should mark this record as No Extractable Data. That seems strange.

Suggestions???

Batch code. M312-Y89

Here is the previous page link in Images (if there aren't Reference images):

    https://www.familysearch.org/records/images/image-details?imageGroupNumbers=7178056&rmsId=TH-1951-33079-20470-66&imageIndex=71&singleView=true

I'd probably use that to index the whole page.

    Or
