uprinted pages marked as printed

during the printing process some cards are selected to print. The computer is trying to process them and then the page that ask if they want to print shows up asking if the cards have printed without showing the cards themselves. are they printed, I answer NO. then the page shows up that says that they will be shown as printed. This causes many frustrating moments trying to sort out which cards are actually printed and which are not. I do a lot of temple work such as baptisms and Initiatory. I like to have a number on hand to be ready when I do.

This has been a problem for a long time. Scenario: 10 names chosen to be printed, printer dies in the middle or encounters a paper jam. The question appears "Did the cards print?" Answer, "NO". However, all the names in the reservations list show "printed". Makes it hard to know what has been printed and what is still waiting. Causes duplication of some cards and some names being overlooked (because we thought they were printed). YES. HELP
