Dates don't make sense

Zimbabwe, Archdiocese of Harare—Church Records, 1892–2021 [Part C][MQMB-H17]

Instructions state birthday is shown first, and baptism dates second, but records I'm seeing are showing a later year first and earlier year second even though it does look like second date should be baptism date. So not sure how to index. Any suggestions?

The batch you are indexing lists the baptismal date first (1964 8 February) for a child born (natum) 19 Oct 1963.

Not every church used the same form. The examples are what you may find, not necessarily exactly what you will see.

Sorry this doesn't answer your question. I couldn't figure them out either. As the Project Instructions say:

Records in this project are primarily in English or Latin. If you download a batch that is in a language you are uncomfortable indexing, simply return it for someone else to index, and download a new project.

That's what I've been doing with those particular forms. Right now there are still plenty of others to work on.
