Link Indexing Batch Number to Help Request

There is a "Community Help" Button when a batch is open to index. We often see requests for help without a batch number or a share from the batch. We then have to ask for the batch number to try to help.

Would it be possible to automatically include the batch number when the query comes from that portal? It would save time and effort for all concerned. The number is right there on the same screen.
