Why can't I merge or do some other things
This image stops me, plus prior to this some antivirus program of family search website would also stop me until I clicked on I'm not a robot. This has been happening only in last week.

Possibility: It looks like you might have an older version of Chrome. See the red circle with white up arrow in the upper right corner? If you click that it might prompt you to update. Sometimes there could be issues with FamilySearch pages if your browser gets too many versions out of date - try updating and see if that helps first.
