It is not working today. I get the message : Reconnecting after hardware update. And Not able to connect. Also how will I ever be able to find the answer if it is answered?

We have not been able to replicate the issue you describe. Are you still getting the error message?
Whenever a feature in Family Tree is not working properly, we suggest you clear you browser cookies and temporary files. Here is a link to an article from our Help Center that will help you do that.
Sometimes it helps to change browsers, even temporarily. Here is a link to an article that gives you a list of compatible browsers. It may be necessary to update a browser.
