Yeah, Or probably isn't strictly right according to Project Instructions. But I don't think the rules anticipated 2 fathers being listed. I guess if you want to follow rules:
First Parent's Given Names: Daniël Jacobus David Benjamin
First Parent's Surname: Steyn Janse ...
If not following strict Project Instructions ... I'd go ahead and use Or
First Parent's Given Names: Daniël Jacobus Or David Benjamin
First Parent's Surname: Steyn Or Janse ...
What else can you do? Input one and leave out the other? I don't know what the record means by having another father listed - illegitimate, divorced/deceased and remarried? I see you haven't included a child surname to reflect this quandry...

I can't see the image, but we don't index two different people in the same field for the same record. The "or" option is only when there's more than one spelling of one person's name, or he has an alias. The instruction usually given when there's more than one father's or mother's or spouse's name given is to use the latest or most current. Since I assume the image doesn't give that information, I'd just use the first name given.

Ah, I forgot that rule ... I don't see that rule in the General Indexing Guidelines (GIG) - where is that one found? I don't see it in another Project's Instructions anywhere - shouldn't that be in GIG if a general rule?
@Harmon, James Bartlett sorry I guess I misled you. Oh well, we did our best...

Problem with that is the next Child baptized has the exact same 1st Fathers name. I assumed it was the second. I did the (or) anyway. Too late now. I mostly review. I have been taking away other indexers improper use of (or). From now on I will wait 24 hours.

From the the Help Center on using "or" for name variations: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-index-alias-names-and-other-name-variations
As for which to index when there are two sets of parents, I can't find that anywhere anymore. Family Search has made the Help Center practically useless when trying to find something. Some years ago you could find the answers to just about anything. Now most of what they have is about Family Tree, even when you're in the Indexing section.
