@Jean Kluse  FamilySearch has some records for parts of Colombia. Where in Colombia is your family from? What time period? Or when were the ancestors you are looking for born, married or died?

My uncle, who was French, was found murdered on his boat off the coast of Columbia. I want to get a death certificate or a police record to find out who killed him and about the circumstances around his death. It happened in June 1991, 1992 or 1993. Where do I go to get help?
