Stop Helping Others
Rather than offering a confirmation screen when we stop helping someone how about offering the option to confirm or input new username and helper number. I work with 110 year cases in Brazil and serving fulltime at this. sometimes I will handle 50 to 100 cases per day and this would be an awesome option
Thanks for all you do

Following these same lines. It used to be that if I was in the 110 year admin mode in order to grant Temple ordinances and completed this task I could click on Help Others and after inputting the username and Helper number I would be logged into helper mode and automatically logged out of 110 year admin. I would like to see this working int he new screen please.

More along these lines. The old person page worked like this. When I logged in to help someone I would go to the default page for that person and when I stopped helping I would be put back to my default page. Now it works like this. When I begin helping someone I go directly to the last page I was working in. If I was in the start page and that was me or another living person I would get an error because the person I was helping could not see another living person unless they entered it. Not a big deal maybe because I only have to click on person to get their page up but then when I stopped helping one person I would still be on the page I was helping them with rather than going back to my page. Again not a big deal unless you are working on multiple people's accounts every day. Then it gets a bit confusing.

John,
never a problem for me at all.
I have several Helper cases, maintaining them for a year's term and when notice come up with 30 days expiration, I send message to the ones I help, to remind them to approve to continue to help them as needed. I have 2 elderly persons who depends on me to keep them up to date and supply them temple cards as needed.

W D I can see how this would not be a problem for you and I commend you for your work in helping others. In the area of approving temple ordinances I work for people for a short period of time (5 to 10 minutes) and then move on to another case. I suspect what I am suggesting would not be an inconvenience for you but would greatly help those who work as I do as a missionary dealing with 50 to 100 different patrons per day.

Your role as missionary, is very different from what I do as FHTC.
You don't have a chance because it requires so much work on your computer, while as FHTC I can maintain few with ease.

I am not sure of the value of this feedback since it does not appear that anyone from family search is monitoring or giving comments

There is the value in here.
There are communities herein.
One community - German Genealogy - I had a problem trying to figure out a place name and posted yesterday. Got answer to it this morning.
There are other communities depending on your needs. I am in a few of communities and I see some get resolved quickly and others longer time.

@McKinneyJohnL I have sent your idea to the programmers to take a look. Thank you for all the hours you spend helping others.
