FamilySearch needs permission from record custodians/owners to publish records. The Catholic Church is sometimes reluctant to let FamilySearch publish their records due to theological disagreements between them and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (aka Mormons) who founded FamilySearch.
However it is notable that there are two other films (5106889, 5107172) from the same parish that are available. So perhaps there is a mistake. Hopefully a FS staff member will respond and confirm whether or not film 008130810 is meant to not be available.

Unless there has been an update I've missed (always possible), the catalog is still locked while it is being restructured. As I understand it, that means that any current errors, such as a film accidentally marked unavailable, will not be corrected until the revision of the catalog is completed.

Yes, @MaureenE123 BUT - errors that I reported in July of this year and which were acknowledged a few days later have not been corrected. The catalog is apparently still locked, as I said.
