What do you mean by "when I add them to my tree"?

When I add them to my family tree from the person page, thirty years are added for both of my grands. I know the names are correct but not the years that show up on my family tree.

LindaKnab1 , we are confused. There is no "my tree" in FamilySearch. When you look at the person page, THAT is the tree, specifically the detailed personal information for a person on the tree. I know of no way to add dates to a tree - unless you are talking a Church account and are linking with a Church account in Ancestry. If that is the case you probably need to go to a help group specifically for linking Church accounts.

Check the dates in the vitals section and make sure they have been standardized correctly.

On the person page, it has Jakob, born 1803 married to Catarina, born 1815. When this is added to my family ‘tree’, thirty years are added for both.

Linda please check your tree to see if 2 Jakobs & 2 Catarinas with different IDs & birthdates have been added to the same child.
When more than one set of parents are added, the “preferred” parents show on the pedigree
both sets of parents show on the child’s details page, with the option to choose which set of parents are preferred.
