Data entry tool

I use the data entry tool often. I have found that being able to change the way i input data by line or column or row, increases my efficiency and productivity by 50%. Recently i have found that the projects i work on (ie: US, Virginia—Vital Records, 1715–1901 [Part B][M3TV-RYM]) does not allow me to use the column option. For me it would be a great tool to bring more souls into the covenant.

I can give you a possible answer to Virginia vital records, but first, I want to point out there is no collection I can find entitled Virginia—Vital Records, 1715–1901 [Part B][M3TV-RYM]. Can you please provide a link to the collection you are talking about?
