Hi Welcome to Family Search Community and posting your question about accounts. These types of issues need to be handled by a phone call between the account holder and Family Search. Please have the sister click on the circle with the question mark on the sign in page of family search. She doesn't need to be signed in. Pick the appropriate area and either call the number given or make an appointment. You are welcome to be present and help but the account holder needs to be present. Thanks.
