M35J-6M6 thr first entry has many blanks . The second entry looks to be a spouse with all the information, this happens many times in this batch. It looks to me that these two names are the same transaction and both names should have the same information. How should I enter it?

You enter the information for each individual. Anthony J Bucci would be Entry 1, and Grace M Bucci would be entry 2. The Grantee, dates, and volume and page number will be the same for both entries. There will be many blanks on all of these entries.

You will find more instructions under What to Remember About This Project that will help you create the entries. The Project Instruction can be pulled up at any time by clicking on the last icon in the horizontal toolbar.
