Escalate to engineers: Source Linker again not attaching sources
Today I have tried multiple times without success to attach this record to this profile:

The Source Linker appears to work normally, and shows the task as completed, but the profile still does not have the source attached.

That helps to establish the problem is intermittent.

I have a similar problem. The source appears to be attached, but the upload memory function doesn't work so there is no document attached to the source. I can go in later, after the "memory" is processed, and attach it to the source, but that is a hassle when it should attach the first time it is uploaded.

Same exact problem for the last several days. Open the source to "review and attach", click on attach, both sides turn green, back to the person and the source is still available in Research Helps. It will add the event, "changes" show event was added, but the source did not attach and is still available.
