What to do when the last record of a batch is continued, and the next record is unavailable?

I have been indexing for many years. Many of my batches end in records with information split between the current batch and the next. I always split the screen, fill out the information and submit.

This morning however, after I split the screen the records that followed did not render. It indicated that they were unavailable. Unfortunately, the records I were indexing were Birth records and the name of the baby was what was needed from that record. So here I have a complete birth record without a baby. Should I submit the batch or wait until the error is fixed or reported somehow? Thanks, Susan

I've had that happen before. It usually remedies itself in a day and you will be able to view the reference image. I would try back a few times and see if they show up later.

I saw the same with the reference images in my batch yesterday. The film was also not available - so I could not check the image elsewhere.
