How can I get Lexmark to repair my printer that prints dark vertical lines?
What do I do in contacting Lexmark of this problem? Is there a number I can call or an email I can write to? My stake family history center is sort of busy at this time and I need this to be fixed pronto.

Though the last paragraph at the article linked above from Elder Richins says "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has only a 1-year warranty on single-function printers and a 5-year warranty on multifunction printers.", you can verify that your warranty may go a lot longer, once you punch in your Lexmark's serial number at the website mentioned in that same article.
For example, though my FHC has had our Lexmark for over 6 years now, our warranty is good from 3/9/2015 to 12/30/2099 per the snapshot below::

Thank you Bro Richins... appreciate the help.
I have an email stating that my family history center printer warranty has expired and that I would need to call familysearch support. That number is no longer in service. What is the number to call?

1-866-406-1830 option 5 for FamilySearch Center support. Not sure why it would be reported as not working as it has been working all day today.

I called Lexmark today for problems our printer is having. The familysearch icon is not on the home page anymore and sometimes the scan to computer icon isn't there either. We've been having a lot of problems. The only thing Lexmark was able to help with was showing me how to turn down the loud noises it was making. How can I get the Icon back? They weren't able to help with that.

@jodilu If you are the FHC/FSC leader (formerly called "Director"), call FamilySearch Support as shown by Elder Richins above, and use the same option #5 that he listed. They will connect you with a tech support person - just be in the Center when you call so they can guide you through whatever issues need to be addressed (in other words, don't call from home). If you are not the FHC/FSC leader, have him or her make the call. Lexmark isn't going to be able to get the "Scan to FamilySearch" icon back on your printer.
