Refer to the image identifier above (I was going to review it but will be returning it for reindexing instead). The fields for this image are all out of order. This is not the first time I have come across this. I have noticed on images I have been transcribing that it is easy to have the fields jump around if you accidentally click on the title of the field. It didn't used to be this way. Is this a new sensitivity programmed into the process?

Anyway, take a look at this. It's all messed up. And I think it's all accidental. And very easy to have happen. Can something be done about it? It can make for some very inaccurate indexing.

I agree with @erutherford. Perhaps you have copied and pasted the wrong batch code? The batch is nearly perfectly indexed, except for a few minor errors, like records 24 and 25, given names are Delvina and Harry, Record 36 is Irvin and 38 is Travice (verified with Wayne Co. census record). This batch seems to be an "Indexing" batch, not a Reviewing Batch.

Do you mean that the fields are out of order on your screen? For instance, the Given Names and Surnames are in the wrong locations? If that is the problem, click on those three white dots in the blue image bar and Reset Field Order.
