Indexing a "Grantor" "Grantee" session, I found many of the available names were not in either of these two categories. This detailed information might be helpful for a title search, but not necessarily for Family History.

For someone looking for an ancestor, of course, the key is the name, where, and when (or as much as possible). So I suggest a simple table be available to input names, dates, locations and the book reference and page....
