What is the correct way to list a surname, for example Lee is listed, then underneath is written see Leigh?

Please show your batch number which is at the end of the batch such as [xxxx-xxx] so people can look at your batch and then give you an answer. Most likely it would be indexed as Lee Or Leigh and followed thru until another name comes up.
