1910 Census for Hill County Texas
When I select ED 171, Justice Precinct 6, Hill County, TX the film viewer displays a blank screen. Blank....no image or indexed names. Several relatives are in this election district and I would like to link this record to them. https://www.familysearch.org/search/image/index?owc=QZZC-SRH%3A133641501%2C141369901%2C133764501%3Fcc%3D1727033

That link is definitely behaving oddly, but if you click on the waypoint ("ED 171" in the top white strip), you go to image 1 of 30 in that enumeration district.
Then it's a matter of paging through those 30 images to find the one you need. I don't know where the link came from, but if it was from finding your people in the index, then you should check the index detail page: it may have an image number or page number that you can use to shorten your task.
(Note that if there's an image number, it's probably in terms of the entire film, not the little waypointed section of it. The "address" of the above page is image 815 of 1137 on film 5157197, by that reckoning.)

I am now able to access the census images and index. Within the thirty images there are many people whose names were not indexed. I found names missing (many on some pages) on the following pages: 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 25, and 26.
How does one get these images re-indexed? If I had access I would gladly make corrections.

@GailCloud, with regard to your last comment, regarding the several pages from the 1910 U. S. Census: ED 171, Justice Precinct 6, Hill County, Texas that appear to be missing index entries; this is a known problem that has been found in several census records.
I will provide this instance of the problem to that group that is working to correct the incomplete image indexes. They will review and resolve the problem. However, because of a significant backlog, it would be impossible to suggest when the problem will be fixed.
You had asked about re-indexing those pages that seem to be missing many index records; however, if one searches the 1910 United States Census collection for a name that appears to be missing, they will, nevertheless, be able to find a index record details page for the individual. That suggests that the problem is more likely a system glitch than a matter of unindexed records.
If you are searching for a specific family member in the 1910 U. S. census, the existing problem might not preclude you from finding that person and attaching the census record as a source for them. However, it is possible that in some instances you will not find the person by searching the census. In this case you can use the option to save the image to your Source Box and then attach it to the person's Family Tree page from there.
Thanks for highlighting this problem.

I have also found some pages of the 1910 Census in Indian Spring, Campbell County, Kentucky that have been incompletely indexed. If you look at the example page below, you'll see that only the first 7 people listed on that page have been indexed below. There are several more pages with the same problem in the same place. I would be happy to index these pages, if that would be possible. How did this happen in the first place???
Also, you can't even attach the page to Family Search as a source, so that is a problem as well.

@Sharon Barrus, it's only the Image Index tab that's incomplete. I spot-checked several people from that image, and they all turned right up in Search - Records. For example, here's Jackson and Lizzie Rice from lines 78 and 79:
https://www.familysearch.org/search/ark:/61903/1:1:M28F-SBG
So while there is undoubtedly a problem, it is not as dire as it seems -- especially given that you're mistaken that a missing index entry prevents attachment as a source. You can always attach the image directly, bypassing the index, by either using your Source Box, or by pretending it's an "outside" source and just using the URL.
