Marriage Records or any Records
I am wondering why when we are indexing for example: US - Virginia - Vital Records 1715 - 1901 (Part B) - (M3TF - Q76)
When we have only say 4 or 5 records to index on each post, you provide 55 spots to fill in. Why don't you provide one or two spots and if more we can add according?

Indexing projects are set up ahead of time based on all of the various types and formats of records that will be included in the project. When the expected number of records per image can vary within the project, they generally err on the side of more defaults rather than fewer: indexers have trouble with both adding and removing entries, and it is the lesser of two evils to have a batch returned with fifty blank entries, compared to having a batch submitted with fifty missing entries (because the indexer didn't know how to add them).

Why does my notice from FamilySearch tell me it is military information about my great-great grandmother when it is only a marriage record?
