New York Statewide Grantees

I haven't come across this before. The Grantees are companies, but they are listed under "Bridge Companies", "Canal Companies", etc. Should I index the companies as "Troy and West Troy" or "Troy And West Troy Bridge Company" or something else?

After looking at example #2 I would go with your 2nd proposal "Troy And West Troy Bridge Company"

I am like you I haven't seen this before and the instructions don't really cover this situation.
