Why can't I see images of some films that have been uploaded for a long time?
I beg your pardon if this question has already been asked, but I did not find a solution and it upsets me.
There are two films I'm interesting in: 109276182 & 109289699. You can't find them in search by DGS numbers, but you can find out their presence by URL https://www.familysearch.org/search/film/[DGS number]. When you open these films by such link, a message says: "This image is unavailable for online viewing at this time". And this has been going on for over 3 months now.
If there is a solution to this access problem? Is there any chance for me to see images of these films in the near future?
God bless you for any help!

@James_Ewk Can you give us more information? What location, type of records, years, etc. are on these films? You are correct, when I go Search--Catalog--put in these film numbers, nothing is found. With more information, we might be able to make progress. Thank you.

@karenrasmussen Many thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how correctly the data for these films was filled in, but still:
Location: Kiev, Russian Empire (both DGSs)
Type of records: Confession Lists (both DGSs)
Years: 1774 (109276182); c.1739 (109289699)
Both of these are from Central State Historical Archive of Ukraine: 127-1016-45 (109276182) & 127-1016-581 (109289699).
Hope this information helps a little...

@James_Ewk When I look for the DGS number you have provided, I do not get any results. By doing a place search, I found Ukraine, Kiev - Church records containing (to my best knowledge) confessionals from 1738-1874. https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/1807308
I did not see any films with 1739 in the description, but I did find a 1774 Confessional from the Central State Historical Archives of Ukraine here https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS9T-FXVR.
The catalog page also contained a link to the collection "Ukraine, Kiew Confession Lists, 1741-1918," which appears to have some indexed records. https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/2290980
I hope this helps. Maile :)

@MaileLoveland Unfortunately, this is a completely different collection from the same archive: 127-1015.
And the films I can't see are from collection 127-1016. They were digitized in July, but these two DGS are still unavailable for browsing(

@James_Ewk There are projects that are not available for viewing for years after microfilming. Some are never available, depending on the contract with the record holder/creator. Records may be photographed for preservation but not for viewing from home.
Also - the catalog is currently locked because it is in the process of a major do-over.

@Áine Ní Donnghaile Thank you for your reply! The fact is that the rest of the films from this batch (including other cases from the same collection of the same archive) have long been available - only 3 films out of more than 500 are not displayed... I thought that this was due to some kind of technical problem, not legal restrictions.
