I am reviewing but a page won't come up: "Image currently unavailable" (Unknown Error)

US, Texas, Hardin County—Deed Records, 1840–1920[MSGP-D2V]

I'm reviewing this record and I'm on page 12 I've looked through page 16 but 17 shows the above error message. It's the last page in "next images". I'm not even sure that will be the last page of the Deed starting on page 12.

For future reference: If that is not the last page what should I do?

    I thought to open a duplicate tab and it worked. I can see page 17.

    There is no "duly recorded"/most recent date as the witnesses signed it at the bottom and a new sentence began.

    Now I know where the indexer found the date they used. I imagine the next page would have the duly recorded date.

    Do I leave it as is? (Since I can't see the next page.)
