Indexing for Spain Consular Records of Emigrants - Cuba

Hi,

Hopefully I've got the right spot, but there's a specific set of records that I was hoping could be added to the whatever list exists to get indexed. My mom is from Cuba, and for decades we've struggled to make progress on her side of our family history. Having exhausted most other options, I've been able to locate a set of records on FamilySearch that might have a lead for my great-grandfather: 1927 Fifths and Enlistments for the Spanish Consulate in Havana. That set of records is linked below:

My great-grandfather could easily be somewhere in those records, but it's 800,000 images, and is currently unindexed. I'm wondering how to get these records on the list to get indexed, or, if necessary, how I could potentially index them myself. If I'm going to search through these records, I'd want to make sure that effort could help others who would want to search through those records. I'm also afraid that I'd miss the right record in my amateur search.

Is there anything I can do to advocate for the indexing of these records? Is there a right person to talk to to make that happen?
