For clarity, When selecting Print I saw the option to uncheck ones I did not want to print. I do not know why it would be different.

@karenmariegarff1, if you share the name to the temple it does come off your 300 limit; Sharing to a Group does not lower your total reserve. See FAQ Link below:

It depends upon how they were shared with the group - when sharing you can select what ordinances are available to the group.
OR
You can also select which ordinances to take under the Print option (you can select which are printed).

Thanks I’ll try and just share the ordinances requested in family group instead of all. I did try and print only the desired ordinances from the family group but all were printed. Karen.

If I put names in my Family Group does it free up space on my reserved list for more names?

Please see the article link above:
"What happens when I reach the reservation limit?
"When you reach the limit, you will not be able to reserve additional family names. To make room on your list, you can share existing reservations with the temple. Once shared with the temple, your relatives and other Church members who are visiting temples around the world will be able to find the family names using Ordinances Ready and can help you complete the ordinances."
Our temple ordinance limit doesn't count those names that are shared with the Temple and with others.
