My latest batch has a list of 5 similar surnames at the top of the Grantees column. Each Grantee name that follows only has a first name and /or middle initial. Do I make a separate entry for each first name followed by each of the names given at the top of the column? (i.e. one entry for John S Robinson, and another entry for John S Robison, another for John S Robisson, and etc).

Thanks in advance. :)

Hi, if you check example #1 in the project instructions it shows how to handle this. The surnames are all listed separated with Or. You can copy this down so you don't have to type in the long list for each entry.

Hope this makes sense and helps, look at the example.🙂
