I hit control C instead of Control B to mark an entry as Blank and now have a photo in every entry and can't delete them. (The photo was the last thing I copied in my Word Program).

How do I delete it? I tried deleting just that entry, and it did delete it, but the photo is on every entry for that image! Help!

If you need to mark a certain field (ex: Mother's Prefix) in every entry Blank, go to the first image and mark the first field blank. Since marking it Blank will automatically kick you down to the next field, go back up to the field you just marked blank, and click this icon (two to the right of the trash can). This will mark all corresponding fields blank and your photo will be gone.

If it's in every field in every entry, it will be a little more time consuming, but not by much. There are two ways. The first one is to go to each field, Control+A (Select All) then hitting backspace/delete for each entry. Once the field is clear, click the same button. Repeat for every field (but just in that first entry). The second one is deleting every entry, however, since the fields contain a picture, it may not register them as blank, and if it doesn't, you will have to delete the entries one by one, which is a pain, and if you have a number of entries (say 20+), I wouldn't recommend this and would go with the first method for every field in every entry
