Please share your batch code. Your batch code is located at the top of your indexing and looks like [1111-AAA]. It can also be found under Batch ---> About Batch and Help ---> Share Batch.

@KentBrewster1 No, there is not a way to decrease the default number of entries in a Project - unless you get ahold of a Project Administrator that could possibly do that (but this is not likely - I have never heard/seen any Project Administrator available through Community).

So next best way to decrease the amount is use the Trashcan icon (in the toolbar).

If you delete the current entry - you can repeat the process until you have as many entries remaining you wish to have. Or you could index the entries you need then use the All blank entries option and it will delete the ones you don't need.

It would be more helpful if you would give us your batch code as suggested by erutherford or perhaps give us the reason why you why want to decrease the number of entries. If you just want to delete the blank entries at the end of the batch, then follow the directions of genthusiast. But if you are just asking because you think the batch you received is too large for you, then you really should just return it.
