Changing colors for genders

I like to make a suggestion , on the new version you have it color coded for the male and female genders, but the colors you picked to use have effects on some people with vision issues I would like to suggest an option to be able to change the colors that would make it easier with someone with vision issues

Or perhaps no color at all. Sometime soon a decision will be need to be made about how to handle people who change genders.
