The batch has a list of names followed by d/o or s/o. I am guessing that these mean "son of"or "daughter of." There are first names, rarely surnames. There are dates, but it is not clear if these are birth or baptism dates. Because they a numerical, I am guessing that they are birth dates because the other batches that I indexed had baptisms on the same dates, but these are different. Please guide me so that I index this batch correctly.

Since the number in the column refers to another number (e.g., Parish register year), follow the Project Instructions:

    • Indexes are images with only a name and reference information, such as page or volume number, with no other information, such as dates, available. Indexes should be marked as No, No Extractable Data.

    They should not be indexed.

    1. Click on Step 2: Entries at the top left.
    2. Select: Step 1: Images.
    3. Click on the down arrow next to Yes and select No, No Extractable Data.
    4. Click Next--Quality Check.
