The blog page format has been changed for a long time. We cannot change the blog format back.
Perhaps you are referencing the New Person Page in the FamilySearch Family Tree? If so, there is an option to return to the old format for a few more months. However, it has been temporarily disabled at the moment while some work is being done.
To stay in the loop with all the changes to the New Person Page, you can visit the New Person Page Group in the FamilySearch Community.
