Looking for the Hungarian voters registration 1931

Hi,

I'm trying to find any form of online records for the 1931 Hungary elections voters list in which i hope to locate my grandfather.

is there any chance such a thing exists or should i try to focus my efforts on searching local physical archives?

I did some looking around based on your question as posted on the Ancestry message boards and did not turn up any voter lists online, for any year.

The best I can suggest is to check https://www.hungaricana.hu/en/ for mentions of your grandfather by name; I tried searching for "Makó 1931", but unsurprisingly did not find any generic lists of residents or anything like that.
