It is helpful to share the batch you are working on as it may include clues volunteers can use to help answer your question(s).
From Field Help:
If only a 2-digit number was recorded, you can sometimes determine the first 2 digits of the 4-digit year from other information, such as the project dates or other contextual information on the image.
If you cannot determine the 4-digit year, index the 2-digit number. If you cannot determine the 2-digit or 4-digit year, press Ctrl+B to mark this field blank.

@Crystal Sharraine Ricks Hi, the batch code is found to the right of the Project Name [XXXX-XXX] 😎

The batch (MQMZ-PRS) that I got looks more like the payment receipts, mostly for 20 ZAR, paid by the person whose address is sometimes shown at the bottom of the receipt, above the serial number of the next receipt. The dates given may be the burial date or the date of payment. Cumulative payments are shown and circled. Apparently the receipt is crossed off when the payment is made in full. This is batch #MQMZ-PRS. Either that or I don't have the foggiest (I am new at this).
