Now way to tell what type of record this is

Index Record ( https://www.familysearch.org/indexing/batch/ac5ddf95-a697-4824-8973-9c5d3bf72492 )

This appears to be a 3 column index of names (some with years) to direct you to a record or page number. I looked 5 images before & afterwards and there's no indication of which type of records these are as this project includes birth/baptism, marriage, and death/burial records.

Any suggestions since the record type is required?

This is an index of baptisms, but as per PI indexes are marked as NED. If you look at the first name Peter Garari ref 1925 5935, although a year 1925 is mentioned (at odds when read in conjunction with PI), the reference number 5935 is this record, 4th from bottom https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QHV-1Q7J-5BR meaning that the actual baptism will be done when this particular film is indexed
