Does FS know that reference images can't be pulled up right now?

They are working in my batch. It must be a batch issue for the one you are working in?

Might be. It was only for about 6 batches.

FS still needs to look into this. It happens with random batches. if you close an affected batch and come back to it, the problem has disappeared and you can complete the batch. The time required to do this varies a lot -- from 10 min to 10 hours for the batches I have had trouble with. Aggravating.

This problem is endemic to the system. The Venezuela project is done so I switched to the "Guatemala—Registro Civil, 1873–1975 [Parte C]" project.

I pulled up 10 batches. Five had the reference images unavailable, but I was able to submit one because there was no information needed from the reference images. So I have 4 batches that I can't submit until the reference images become available.
