Change Request - Error Correction on extracted data from US-1950 Census Forms

Some of the data extracted from the US-1950 Census and displayed on what I refer to as the summary page is incorrect (as expected with the mass of data extracted from handwritten records).

The Edit tab allows for name edits but does NOT allow for other corrections such as location and marital status.

1- The location used on the summary does NOT match the information provided on the census form and according to the standardized location database was a valid location 1827-1886 at which time the name was altered.

  • I am unable to correct or request location correction.

2- The marital status of the Head of House is listed on the summary sheet as Widowed. The image of the census form indicates this status should be Married (Mar).

  • I am unable to correct or request marital status correction.

REQUEST - Allow corrections to the summary sheet data and associated database, to correct the extraction data errors, to avoid confusion. (Note: current spouse and divorced spouse were both still alive at this point in time)

Thanks
