Burial orders in South Africa- M3Y8-SBY

The records have a death date, and are stamped with the burial order date. But the example in this project has a place to enter "record date", "record month" and , "record year." In my indexing form I do not have those options.

Should I enter the burial order date as the burial date? Or ignore the stamped date and enter burial date as blank?

The burial date will be blank.
