Dear Enoch
Thank you for contacting familySearch about "Incorrect scans with the deeds". We have looked at the articles you mentioned and as they are "Historical Records" they can not be altered . We would suggest that you still use them as source items but put in an additional note of your findings. We note you are from the Netherlands and your preferred language is English but the documents quoted are in German or Dutch. If you prefer you can correspond in that language and our teal there will pick this up.
You can also find answers to your questions by using our help feature at the top of any FamilySearch screen, by clicking the help icon (the small circle with the question mark then the Help key

These old indexes often get associated in the database with the incorrect images, but these are further off than most: as near as I can tell, the actual images are on a different film (digital image group).
For example, I think Jacob Pieters' 1732 marriage is on image 105 (of 378) on film 102619951. The index detail page, on the other hand, indicates that it should be on image 38 of film 105489621, and that's what "View Original Document" takes you to. (As near as I can tell, that image actually contains something about a stillborn child.)
Ah! I think I see part of the problem: the microfilm number (1417990) is the same on the index detail page and in the catalog. For some reason, the wrong digital film number got assigned in the index. (Film 105489621 is not in the catalog.) The other part of the error stems from a misinterpretation of indexed data: 38 is not the image number, but a register page number: "Seite 00038 links V 171". These incorrect film and not-an-image numbers were combined to generate the incorrect image association.
As the other responder implied, FamilySearch generally does not make any corrections to old published indexes, although a systematic metadata error like this one may eventually get fixed -- limited resources (manpower) allowing. In the meantime, the best you can do is to edit the citations to note the corrections in the Notes/Description field. You could also use the "Attach to Family Tree" button on the image to create a citation directly to the image, bypassing the index.

Dear User15917210712248575630 and Julia Szent-Györgyi, thank you for your help with this problem, too bad family Search can't attach the correct scans to the deeds, but I'm going to use it as a source item, stating that these are not the correct scan where to being referred, but I have already found the correct scan of the marriage and the baptism certificate of the children myself
Greetings Enoch Stuivenberg😀
