Restricting Documents with Watermarks

In Portugal, the government allowed all birth, marriage, and death certificates to be available online for a free consultation. All these documents have a watermark (ADVIS). When I upload these documents into FS I receive an e-mail informing me that they will be removed. Each time this happens I send an e-mail to alert them that the documents are legitimate and each time they are accepted and allowed to remain in Family Search.

Suggestion: Could this watermark restriction be removed or could a volunteer be copied to an e-mail each time a restriction is issued to ascertain what is happening? I am willing to help as a volunteer.

The first refusal on any memory submitted is done by computer, the second pass when you ask for a review it is done by an actual person. I do not think they can write software to allow some watermarks but not others so you may have to keep up the system you are doing.

Reply to the email asking for a human review. I have to do that on nearly everything I upload to memories, including proof statements in my own words. The algorithm rarely gets it right.
